Title: Go Cardless error?

Has anyone had any problems like this before...  I created a payment and I've somehow charged the customer twice and I don't have a return facility. I'm sure I haven't made the mistake of creating another payment within 20 seconds.
Also this transaction has been paid to myself already.

Never had a mistake through GC. Are you taking payments using their dashboard?

Yes from the dashboard. Spoke to them and two transactions were created and there doesn't appear to have been a problem.
I must be loosing me marbles!
