Any recommendations for chemicals or any other thoughts on treating a wet pour area? Basically its the coloured rubber used to surround a kids play area. Has algae and has become slippery in parts.
Wary about what to use so not harmful to the rubber or kids.

I clean one FOC for a Special Needs School locally about once a year! I only clean it with a pH Neutral Cleaner but it has definitely lost a lot of its colour and faded since it was installed about 5 years ago! (From the UV probably) I can't imagine Hypo helping can you?
