Just recieved my new logo design and formatted a new business card. Now thinking that i can use same card design as my signage for van.
Thinking its simple n straight forward (design that is)
Interested in ospinions please....do i need to add or delete anything to it perhaps

Did you do this yourself or did someone do it for you?

The badge/logo was put together by fiverr.com.  Then i used vista to structure the business card

Nathan
I've followed your posts for a while, (because I want to start doing pressure washing and soft washing) so i've seen the kind of work you do and it's very good. Your business card does NOT reflect the quality of the work you do NO WAY and needs to be much better. I used to be a graphic designer for 25 years, so hopefully I have a little knowledge on the subject. Mate, get yourself a local graphic designer and spend £300 on a good leaflet design, van signage design and business card design. And then spend more getting them all made. It will pay you back 10 fold. If you want to discuss any of it, give me a ring on 07850 262016.

Nathan will all respect I would stay away from  vista print for business cards. Yes those are cheap and cheerful. Had loads with colour bleeding all over. Never again. Unfortunately you get what you pay for.
I would suggest using solopress or someone with similar quality over vista.
Is your web address www.Inkservices.co.uk as that's the first thing I've noticed that can be easily misread.
Tip: Business cards are not to be treated as  mini flyers.

vista are the best! for cards  no doubt the market leader. one easy way to jazz up their cards [if you must] is to carefully lay clear packaging tape over the front face. this gives a high gloss finish

Do you have an ionics system?

If not, you can't use their logo.  (the man symbol you've got in the little house, reaching up with water dripping)

Fiverr i used for design and i used a german print company who have franchises. Cannot remember the name just now but they are very good. You order sample pack from them n it has all different types of card n finishes ye pick from.

Who's to know? maybe he has one , maybe he used to have one and forgot to take the symbol off .... Do ionic drive round looking at what window cleaners signs say and then have a look in their van to see if they're telling the truth....

Looks all wrong to me and if anything slightly off putting, certainly remove the Ionics logo simply because it doesn't
go with the power washing guy below it.

Vista print have been fine for cards I don't know what the bleed business the other guy is going on about but this crap about laying packaging tape over the front takes the biscuit mate. Are you a pikey or do you just like to give your potential customers a totally bodged introductory product?

Gloss finish is a few pence more isn't it I'd imagine?

Come on then chaps, slightly off putting?? Can you be a little more specific.
I am tired of hearing about the ionics logo, as if i dont know its ionics. What you dont know is, do i have ionic now or not!!

This is a business card for walk ups on the street, for residential potential clients. Not comercial and not a "your windows cleaned" card!  I have different cards for that and comercial.
So whats off putting, dont mind critiques but be constructive lads. (Maybe a picture or pouches?? Before anyone says it lol   ;D )

Okay, the logo looks crap. It looks like a mash up of Superman and Mrs Brown doing the hoovering.

It's a plain card with only a mobile number for contact.

Looks pikey.
