Im changing business bank and would like to know who gets the best service

I;m currently with HSBC but Im not that impressed with them really.

I use online banking loads so a good website is important

I've recently switched from natwest to Santander and it was a good choice ;)

how easy it it to change over from natwest to Santander . What about customers ?

Santander is £7.50 a month,I moved to them from nat west who were charging a fixed monthly fee of £25 they were then going to stop offering that account for a fixed fee and we're going to charge for every transaction,every cheque payed in.every bacs  payment etc they estimated my monthly charges were going to be £112  so the move to Santander for me was a no brainer.
Santander £7.50 cover all chequers and bacs payments etc.on line banking,cheque book.debit card and you can pay in up to £1000 cash per month,I don't need that facility as I don't take cash

That about sums santander up for me too ;)
