Don't know if this is the right place to ask, but when you are calculating turnover, do you include any loans received and partners money introduced?
then minus all expenses
and divide whats left into the partnership share?
(share being what each partner introduced) for example i paid in x and have 75% share and other lisa paid in x and has 25% share
allsales 10000
loans 1000
partners intro 1000
minus expenses 7000
leaves 5000
3750 partner 1 profit
1250 partner 2 profit
(not actual figures by the way) this form is doing my head in.

What about giving it to your accountant?
-
:( i haven't got one. can't afford one yet sadly.

lisa, there are plenty of low cost accountants about, most of them do monthly terms you will be surprised at how much a month it would cost and for piece of mind its worth it! i will email you a company that have franchises all over the country that specialise in small business's

you cant afford not to have an accountant.
He will save you more money than he charges , you should be able to get one for £150 for your first year if it is simple accounts.
You could actually fill in the form the wrong way which will cost you more in the long run.
An accountant wont usually pay you until after they have produced your end of year accounts.

Hi Chris
You obviously run a professional business, but if you don't mind me saying your website is in need of a makeover. Did you do this yourself ? Would you be interested in having a site built that portrays you company the right way.?
