Title: Silicone Oven Cleaning Spray Advice

I have been doing ovens for just under a year around my carpet cleaning biz,

I generally use baby oil to polish the oven after a clean until someone reccomended food grade silicone spray.

I bought this:  http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/361273021940

is it the correct type, it comes out like a deodorant gas, I thought it would be more oil based.
