Title: Renewing George back up

I'm getting the reminder to renew my George "back up" and it gives a code but there is a space for entering another number.

What do I do to renew? In "idiot proof" steps please!

I think once you've paid the £12 they send you a code which you put in the box...

You will need your Internet Backup Serial Number
look on the “Internet” tab in System/Settings.
After you have paid you will receive your License Key for activating the product (mine was a 6 number code).

I renewed a couple of months back, and have not been able to backup since. Paul told me the hosting company had changed the upload protocol and he did not know.  He said he would realese a new version when he had them but as yet nothing
As it stands I have now  got 10 months left and not been able to backup.

Just setup a dropbox account and backup to that.
