I've had quite a few drops in service recently, i.e. the portal won't load.

Also their latest update was modded. Surely with the speed the technology is moving, RAM could be doing better?

Hmmm an IT expert could spoof your signal with masses of hardware and a computing degree. Not gonna start worrying just yet.
