Has anyone ever worked this out? Or worked out the total calories burned per day?

Id say it'd be quite difficult to find out as no 2 days are the same ( for me anyways) . No 2 hours are the same either. You could see how many calories are burnt on front only terraced houses but it would be totally different when youve got shed loads of over conservatory Windows to clean , would be interesting though as a lot of Window cleaners I know are fat

If you want to burn more calories just use a heavy wippy pole and a wfp trolley or go back to carrying and climbing ladders all day long. Sorted ;D

Its not so much that i want to burn more calories. I want to start a new training schedule and need to work out how many extra calories i need for days that i am working.

Oh I see so why not just sart off will what you recon is a heathy intake and if you contintue to put body fat on then just reduce what you eat.

I'm not into calorie counting myself but there was an interesting program on last night about a 27 year old lad that was 32 stone and by the end of 9 months went down to 14 stone something and had totally transformed his mental and physical health.

Calories this, calories that..... i go gym......etc etc.
Thankfully im a healthy chap n quite fit. But comeon its all down to common sense, or is that the thing thats lacking???
People go on about the calories men or woman should be on. But they fail to mention, that these are the calories required for your body to function normally. Go less than those calories for an extended length of time and you will be paying for it in the long run.

You won't burn many calories WFP.

You have just got to see some of the yanks in vids posted on tinternet that proves this.
No ladder would be stronge enough to take their bulk hence why they wfp ;D ;D

Turn your water off and you'll burn off more calories.
And you'll lose a few pounds, as well.
