I just brought a ford connect short wheel based 1.8 would a 350l tank be OK to carry around thanks

Probably. There are different versions. How old is it?
I have an 2008 230 it carries 500L but isn't far away from the max weight.

Here's mine with a 350 pure freedom tank that I bought second hand. Might give you some ideas.

Hi Steve
Payloads are as follows: T200 625kg, T220 825kg and T230 900kg
350L = 350kg plus frame etc, plus fuel (full tank around 55kg) you = ??, plus any other bits you carry.
Simple answer: In my old T200 I used a 350l flat tank with 2 poles, a ladder and a few trad tools, fully load came in around 525kg so all was fine, I actually upgrade to a 500L tank which was borderline, trouble was the 75ps engine struggled.
