how much do i charge for black bin bags and peddle bin liners we use 3-4 black bags and about 15 peddle bin liners per night 5 nights a week

That would depend on what you are paying for them, I include these in the price ;D

at the moment we are paying 7.85 per 1000 peddle bin liners and 9.40 per 200 black bags inc vat

If you mean to sell them to your customers just add your profit, I would say 20 - 30%

We work out roughly how many we are likely to use in the year, add a 100 or two, find out how much they will cost and include this figure with all the others in the quotation. All accounted for. But, same as spa cleaning, if they are purchasing the bags from you, put your desired profit ontop of the cost price.
