Carrie & Darran supplied a lot of the custom graphics like the caricatures for the workers & the services icons, and these really make the site pop IMO. :)

time for an update as we are in the process of changing the company logo, we are now actively going for more commercial contract work and we also do some networking where the website is an even more important tool in marketing

do you think it would work better having a separate website for commercial and one for residential as both need marketing differently imho or not ?
