Title: Young Ones

Not my preferred customers. Usually skint or messers, sometimes both!
Just had a couple makes you wonder how they get through life.
Massive Victorian house divided into flats had to ask the bloke which windows were his.
Did the first clean month ago. Followed up a month later.
Text - "Hi just noticed your slip, Windows Cleaned today. Not happy because some of the windows have been missed."
Reply - "Which windows were missed? I cleaned exactly the same number of windows I cleaned the first time."
Response - "The windows round the back haven't been cleaned."
Reply - "I never cleaned them the first time. I cleaned exactly what your partner pointed out as belonging to your flat. If they weren't cleaned the first time, given the amount of time since they had been cleaned, surely you must have noticed and you could have informed me at the time."
Response - "Well I never noticed they hadn't been cleaned, any way I'm not happy and am cancelling the service!"

You get people who just have not manners. if you wanted to give UK an  enema you would stick the pipe into  them.

One-off messers spring to mind.

Had a young fella a few years back engaged my services. Large first floor flat. Cleaned them first time. Happy. In between my first two visits decided he didn't wan't em done after all, so puts a postage stamp sized note in only one window which happened to be the last one I cleaned on the second visit. Called back and he didn't want to pay as he said he changed his mind and left a note. I pointed out the tiny size of it and the fact it was only in one window at the back of the property but he behaved like he was thick as two short planks. 'Yeah but i didn't want em done.' He seemed to think I should be a mind reader or something. In the end his GF made him pay half. I didn't push it any further. I thought, 'If I  don't take this I'm gonna walk away with nothing.'

I would have apologised for my mistake and gone back and 'uncleaned' them - i.e. rub the brush in a load of wet dirt and put the dirt back on for him,  leave a note on his window facing inwards reading: 'don't worry this unclean is free of charge'.
