Title: Texatherm pros and Cons
Post by: simonc on May 24, 2006, 05:12:21 pm
We have A texatherm system and use it to good effect on low profile carpeting/flooring, very quick, excellent results...
ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO USERS IT ON 80/20S, synthetics, etc etc, We use H/W?/ but  would love to hear that others use it on general domestics, great drying speed and less physical exertion as long as results are good. ANY TAKERS???
Simon...

Hi Simon,

I'm new to Tex but am slowly experimenting , good on tiles/low profile and had a good result on a 80/20.

Woodman is a big advocate of tex , look through his posts.

Bruce,

Texatherm is a system of heated pads and chemicals which react to cause an exothermic reaction , which basically means when they mix they give out heat.

Cheers

Doug
