Well I'm guessing the windows etc were cleaned for free afterwards as you do too so they don't need doing for another month or so. I've had many say "I will tell my regular window cleaner not to bother this month as you've made such a good job"   8)

Now that's what you call "another professional job done"  ;D ;D

Sadly, due to my overall professionalism  :P on this job and cleaning her windows for free. She asked me for a quote on her windows to be cleaned, which of course i obliged. Turns out im more expensive by a couple of pounds but even so, guess whos been requested to become her regular window cleaner. Great for me, didnt do the job with this in mind, nor under cut anybody to get the job, sad for the previous cleaner

IS IT A SOFT WASH OR PRESSURE WASHER.?

Both! The area had been abandoned or unloved for such a long time. It needed some hard loving with the turbo nozzel then the gentle care of a soft wash and a final rinse. Resand for the perfect finished and an ever grateful client  ;D

I find most don't want it sealed afterwards as it costs too much. However they seem quite happy to get it cleaned again when it starts looking crappy again.

This client asked me to quite her a regular maintenance price, she said is it every 3/4months they need doing?
Now, if i was a scumbag, i might have been inclined to say "yes love"  but i explained it should be good for a whole lot longer provided she looks after any weeds coming thru with weed killer etc.

Then you have other clients who nearly choke to death when you tell them a price to clean it like new again  ::)roll

Bit slow on the uptake there as you could have offered a maintenance package that included treating surfaces with a biocide wash say every 6 months to help them keep it looking good... It self cleans don't you know ;D

Just think how much extra revenue that could create with say 300 customers all wanting their surfaces maintained regularly instead of ad-hoc that wait untill they get really bad again.

Same can be said for the likes of render cleaning too as once clean a matainence package could be put in place that would help keep their property looking good.

Now then you could start earning some real dosh  ::)roll

Don't know if I could be arsed with a clean every 26 years.

I have a standing joke with some as will say something like "see you in another 10 years then" (or whatever was the last time they had it cleaned). Best one was 21 years... Neither the old boy or myself will probably be still around by then  ;D  ;D

Is this lot meant to be clean? Or has this bit not been done yet?
