Getting my new van this week and getting it kitted out with a system so will be switching over to WFP full time very soon.
Already do lots of houses with WFP with Trolley setup so not worried about those. I also do lots of bungalows which i have always done trad for the last 3 years, some not many preferred to go with me over other WFP window cleaners and thats how i got a few jobs on some estates. I am writing out a letter for the changeover so it looks professional, was just wondering if anybody else could throw me some advice or even share with my any letter/templates you may have used yourself, so that i can tweak mine if necessary :P Got lots of customers that are old, so wondering the best way to go about this, obviously dont want to be losing some good customers just because they are set in their ways and may need convincing to try new things once in a while.
Thanks guys.

Hi jo5hm4n, i wouldn't bother doing a letter, just switch over to WFP, don't bother making a big deal of it,
if any of them question it, just explain the benefits of how the frames and sills will be a lot cleaner with WFP,
and that they will definitely see a marked improvement.

Same advice as Lal.
I never wrote a letter. Just turned up as normal and explained to the customer if they were in.
Lost 2 because of the change over a period of around 6 months. They blamed me for perished seals and blown units.

Same advice as already given, just clean away and explain to any that ask.

I too was very concerned about switching and at first did the letter thing and explained it to all my customers. In return a lot of them said, as long as my windows are clean, dont care what you use! Think my speal was too long n boring lol!
So in the end i just carried my tds stick with me. For the old dears to get their heads round it, asked them for a glass of their water and show difference. Thats all it took in the end. It still took maybe 2 to 3 cleans before it sunk in that YES the water is left on the windows, lol.
