Hopefully getting my new van kitted out by Pure Freedom next Friday, they have asked me to proteckta kote the van myself with several coats.
1. How many coats should i put down 2 or 3?
2. How much will i need, will 5L be enough or should i use alot more?
3. Link to a website where i can get some from and in white, as the colour of my van is white, i want it too match.

Get it speedlinered it can be done in white , will be quicker ,will look better and will last much ,much longer.

This is normal procedure with PureFreedom.
I had just less than half a 4 liter tin of PK when I did my Citroen Relay SWB van. Buying 3 separate liters of PK is much more than 1 x 4 liter tin, so buy the 4 liter tin knowing you have extra.
I painted it on with a 2" paint brush rather than the roller they provided (I bought the complete kit as it saved me messing around.) I put down 2 coats which gave good coverage. Its been down 7 years and has only worn where the hose reel is. (I have put a rubber mat down to protect the wear when taking the hose reel in and out of the van.)
Do it as soon as you can as you don't have much time as it needs time to dry although it will dry or set quicker in the warmer weather.
I removed all the plylining and masked about 40mm up the sides and wheel arches of the van. Once it was dry I fitted the ply sides and wheel boxes back on and left the ply floor out.

Wait, so you didnt PK the van plylining, just the base of the van itself? Is it better to just take the ply lining out then all together?
I'm getting a Ford Transit Custom Limited, are you sure 4L will be enough?

From experience, I would not bother with Protectakote again and defo not white, it would look awful in no time at all and detract from resale value. You would do better to make system leak free with quality connections. If you are really set on it go with speedliner.

Total waste of money, it will last as long as Proteckta Kote which is the length of time you will own the van
infect the smart advice would be to throw a mesh type rubber mat on the floor which is really all that's needed.

The secrete of putting on Protecta Kote is to sand off the shiny surface on the van floor and adding some
hardener to the mix so that your not waiting forever until it dries. (you will need a brush change for every coat)
Then put a mat under anything that will scratch it such as hose reels, that way it will be as good as the day
you apply it until the day you replace the van.

Yes get rid of the ply lining as its not needed in our profession, you don't want anything where water can get into or behind
and stay damp.
I used a 5lt tin on a Dispatch, 3 coats and I think I had some left over.

Thanks for the advice, decided to go with Blue, to match the Pure Freedom system setup im going with, plus our logo and workwear which is blue. Will take ply lining out and put 2 coats down and see how it looks!

Keep the ply floor you take out if you have some place to store it. You can always put it back in the van when you come to sell it.

You shouldn't need the protectakote
The Limited comes with a black van bed liner that is more than adequate...
