Sorry i haven't seen a recent thread for this and as I'm just about to go over from cold to hot and in the market for some hosing. I'm currently using 6mm on the reel but not sure if this size will still be ok and which is the best current pole hose you prefer.
Cheers chaps.

the standard microbore from gardiners(6mm)is great with hot water.no de lamination.great reel hose.any PU hose will do for pole hose for hot water.i currently use exceed innovation blue hose but gardiners also sell good pole hose. :)

I hope the hot hose from Gardiners will be better than their all season cold! It's the kinkiest hose I've used, hence one reason I've decided to go hot.
Thanks for the advice.

Has anyone used the 6mm hot microbore from grippatank ?

Yes I've got it it's very good hose but heavy , I have one reel with Grippatank red hose and one with yellow microbore the red hose is far better quality the yellow if you pull it to hard when using very hot water will stretch and you can feel the reinforcing tear

Is yours the 6mm hot hose though?

Yes I've got the 6mil it is defiantly better than normal microbore but it isn't as easy to pull around buildings
