Hi All

I'm an ex carpet cleaner but I still have a few job requests which I sub out. I have a commercial cleaning client who used to sub contract me out to various jobs, one of which was to a 790 sq meter office in Birmingham which I've done probably 3 or 4 times as well as other offices usually closer to London.

This particular office requires a clean and then insecticide treatment. The office workers are convinced something is biting their legs. I've spoken about possible static issues but they felt they wanted insecticide treatment.

The last time I cleaned and treated with insecticide was June 2014 and now its looking to be done again.

I'm after someone to go out and site survey on behalf of my commercial cleaning client, then give me a price for the work. I will arrange the job thereafter. No pricing  or marketing should be discussed with the company, you need to go in as my client and only look at the job, the rest to be discussed with myself.

I have discussed this situation with my client and they are happy to sub out the work, payment is done in 7 days.

I'm after members of TACCA or NCCA with experience in LM and extraction as well as insecticide treatment. Please can you email me at warren.aldridge@gmail.com

If anyone goes through with this, and would like a hand, I'd be interested in getting a bit more commercial experience and will go off a daily rate.  I have a Scorpion HWE, and 17" rotary, and all accessories.

Why Tacca...it means nothing other than someone who has never seen your work has approved you...which of course counts for nothing

Why pick on TACCA   -  is the situation any different with NCCA
