Title: Maintenance Cleans

After some advise from those of you who do maintenance cleans for companies. Ive never done it but due to the delighted client on my first commercial last week they have asked me to come up with a price for regular maintenance but i dont know where to start having been domestic only.
Now ive HWE them would i be best encapping with say a deep clean every 6 months??
Any info appreciated.

I believe general rule of thumb is HWE once yearly with maintenance  bonnet cleans in between.  Of course it will all come down  to localized conditions, footfall, soil level ect .
