Title: George window cleaners assistant

Hi all,
I have used George window cleaners assistant for over 16 years but I've just noticed the column  N/C/S on the jobs maintenance page does anyone know what this tells me? What do the abbreviations stand for in that column?
Maybe it could help me to organize my work better?

Not sure what N/C/S stands for.

But in that column is see letters in the field for my jobs.  The only letters I see is "W" , "O" or "B" and some are blank.   

W - means there are Work Notes for that file
O -  means there are Other Notes for that file
B - means there are notes for both work and other.

There's also:                 C   (call)
                                              T   (text)
                                              E   (email)

for the customer's preferred method of contact.
