Title: safecontractor?

hi there just submitted my rams and  health & safety policy to subcontractor and failed for
not having a welfare provision policy has any one got any advice what to put thanks ?

I have no idea. We signed up this year and didn't have to do it. We did pay the extra to have someone on the phone to go though it with us.

it seems to revolve around toilet, washing, rest facilities which i would imagine would be onsite ?
