Ive done some work for a local builder and need to invoice them. They are already a customer in cleaner planner but cant seem to find them at all. Its as though they've disappeared off the face of the earth all there history has gone as well.
Any ideas

Are they listed as an "active" customer? when you have the customer page up select "show all statuses " on the right hand side if still no joy i would contact cleaner planner directly.

God knows whats happened !! Invoices are there but address are gone....got me thinking now how many others have just "disappeared" :-\

I've never had this problem. I'd notice as historical reports would change.

what caused it? was it any error in you using CP or was it something we need to watch out for?
