Title: Dynamall still best encap
Post by: Steven Butler on July 10, 2016, 08:38:23 am
Ive got some communal areas in a care home coming up that i intend to encap.
The only one ive ever used is Dynamall and was just wondering if theres and new or better ones out now as i dont do much commercial at present.

Don't extract you'll diminish the stain protection it gives.

If your going to extract don't waste Dynamall on it use a proper pre spray...works out far cheaper.

my fault didn't make it clear

if heavily soiled after vac spray with chosen std pre spray extract , then bonnet and if needed .
Then spray with dynamall and encap as usual   .

Encaps are only any good on lightly soiled or stained ,In my experience

Steve....I find with heavily soiled areas spray dwell spray again agitate and sometimes go back to it an hour later and do it again....it's such a quick system on the cleaner areas you can afford to take a bit more time on the heavier areas.

You are right! I Do the same and get great results with Dynamall.

I did a heavily soiled office last week. Sprayed and agitated with a tan floor pad. Let dwell. Then used a MF pad with scrub stripes. On the realy bad areas as traffic lanes i sprayed a second time and finished with Superzorbs! Came out realy good.

I now upgraded to the Hos Orbot and I think Dynamall with the Orbot could be a real game changer!
