how do people apply it. , i just used a backpack & an old clx but even on lowest setting it was going through it too quickly, on a tennis court by the way

At the mo I'm using a pf trolley for qats based biocides (not hypo) so can adjust the flow as high or low I want it using the built in digi controller. I just fill the 25 litre containers onsite as needed seems to work for me for now.
Mind you spraying tennis courts I think we may need something a wee bit bigger than using a backpack or pf trolley somehow.
Something like a large sprayer tank setup with a sprayer boom fitted to a quad bike or tractor perhaps? Just drive around...job done but not forgetting to turn on the spray boom first ;D

the problem was id worked out 6 backpacks full for the whole court at 48-1 but spraying it i would of used double that , so i had to turn flow to lowest & just scrubbed the court with the brush.
actually the work was pretty easy & didn't take long at all

Benze 50% (Minstral biocide) works out cheaper for jobs like that.
For best results don't skimp on applying it either whatever brand you use as just pass on the cost included in the quote to the customer ;)

For all the faffing about why not just set a second ( small if you have one ) tank up in the van and just use it for chemical application
If a wfp pump, say shurflo costs £80 and u use it for 6 months surely it's paid for itself.
Let's just say, u don't have much room in the van, so let's convert a wheelie bin, remove wheels, cut down to size, drill hole for outlet, and fit one, and hey presto, rig a bit of hose up and fit a pump, run wires to battery.
If it only to be use every now and then and don't want it fitted in, set wheelie bin up with pump, and put it next to van, run wires to battery.

The quad bike idea looks a whole lot more fun though ;D ;D
