Post by: Susan Dean (1stclean) on July 04, 2016, 08:53:29 pm
agreed on 2 times monthly takeing on 4 and 8 week jobs but this guy as a lot of weekly and two weekly jobs

do you still give him 2x monthly on a weekly job so that's like paying 8x the  price on one job

Hi Susan

Unfortunately you're mixing ratio's i.e. monthly value and job value, you simply need to decide which one you'll use and go with it.

If you calculate monthly value then yes the weekly's are x8 but likewise the bi-monthly's are x1

I'd work out the average turnover per month then work it out from there.

I would leave it alone. Sounds like a load of rubbish and fail to understand why you would want it to begin with?

because its cheap and it will cover my new vans drivers wages every mouth ,which will give us time where I can build up a round for it with out no cash out lay and after this we will up the price of the work or bin it off

Possible just the latter :D
But at x2 the average you can't really go wrong with low end work
