I've never had any issues dealing with pf myself.
Why don't you phone them instead?

I bet the answer you get is ebay charges a sellers fee so that is why the price is different.

Obvious it's eBay fees.  You agreed to the price so why are you questioning it?

They were great with me a few weeks back , answered my calls , rang me back and sent replacement resin . Ordered a hose reel and needed it urgently so they sent it out and I got it very next day . Fantastic service for me , don't know about emailing though but they answer the phone straight away

Always been good for me

It's common for eBay prices to be cheaper than web sites and websites to be cheaper than going into a store.

For some reason some of their products are cheaper on eBay. I assume you have bought it from the pf website and paid more?
They have some products that Gardiners don't so I wouldn't be to hasty.

Agreed, the thing is most guys would have been crucified for posting a silly complaint like that on here, he got off light and still
left.
Personally I cant see somebody who gets so upset by so little lasting long in this business.

I should have complained my order of extreme brushes weren't delivered on the next working day and Gardiners had the cheek to phone and update me on this.... Absolutely outrages! 😁

While on the subject of gardiner I would say that the plastic fan jets they sell in their wfp brushes are not that great. One fan jet on my 2 month old flocked sill brush snapped off a couple of weeks ago so has not been used since as can't be arsed to replace it with plastic again.  Therefore can anyone recommend a different supplier for decent fan jets that don't break please?

You must have received a dodgy one - did you contact our Customer Service team about this? - we would have sent you out a replacement.

One of mine snapped also , iv just bought two replacement ones and other bits and bobs for my tool box , would it not be better to make metal / brass / steel ones like the gardiners pencil jets are made out of?

Generally they are strong enough in plastic - occasionally a slightly flawed one will snap and we will of course replace. Also occasionally they get thumped hard in use and will break - but this is rare and users usually know when this has happened.

The reason they are in plastic not metal is to prevent potential scratching on the glass - I think that most users would rather the occasional risk of one snapping if thumped hard over the risk of scratching a client's window.

Iv always praised your products Alex and I do in fact get all of my equipment from you. Customer service is 1st class , my fan jets were about a year old and don't mind replacing stuff but never understood why your pencils jets are metal but fan jets aren't ... Now I do! cheers

I bought a pair of Bayersan brass ones recently. Aside from the large barb on the back of them which made it difficult to fit the 6mm brush hose to them that I use on all my brushes, the spray pattern was completely different on one compared to the other. One was nice and wide and the other was really narrow. I have to say though, that though I like fans for easy regular maintemence cleans when not a lot of water is needed, in my experience they don't rinse as well as pencils when a more thorough rinse is called for.
I did a couple of PVC cladded porches recently that were quite dirty and after scrubbing there was a lot of loose dirt that needed rinsing off and the fans just didn't cut it even on ful flow compared to 2mm pencils at two thirds the flow rate. There was just no contest. The pencils won hands down. It was much easier to see on white PVC
