we once saw on here that someone sends out a scare letter to get client to pay that normally works anyone know who does it as we haven't been paid £600

my advise dont work unless your get paid when finished job, as time goes by they can say the work was not up to standard and with held money because of this. at least get satisfaction form signed to protect against these people. armed with images and this form you will always be in a better position.

thanks guys wasn't to do with carpet cleaning this time but we fitted a kitchen and never got payment so needed to send scare letter but sadly no response so will need to take further action
