Title: Removing creasote from upvc frames

One of my customers creasoted her fence and the stain blew in the wind over her window frames etc and wants me to get it off with something. Any ideas ?

Hi mate

Try some solvent upvc cleaner, this is the one i use www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?cID=101757&ts=34672&id=93464 (http://www.screwfix.com/app/sfd/cat/pro.jsp?cID=101757&ts=34672&id=93464) i us this on builders cleans and gets anything of with ease. Should be worth a try anyway.
