What do you guys use?
Have any of you tried the spray aerosols either scotchguard or craftex??
Was talking to a CCer the other day who uses them all the time.

The cans stink the house out and look amateur I use an electric spray gun and use a water based product, kev loomes used cans a few years ago and felt very ill after applying to a suite I have done the same, cans are convenient but do work out expensive for a full suite.

with upholstery you should always use solvent based products, be it can or sprayer.

Who says to use a solvent only product on upholstery?  What rubbish. You can use a water based one just as well, if not better.
