Title: Marley plain concrete tile cleaning

I want to clean my roof which has Marley Plain concrete Tiles, I have tried hypo and turbo Nozzle on some spare tiles on the floor but no affect just wondering if anyone has cleaned these before and which is the best chemical to use.

Perhaps if you rename the title to something like “roof tile cleaning help etc etc” it may catch the attention of any roof cleaning chaps on here
