So does anyone use remarketing?

I am looking to use it with my group marketing, (baby, seniors, pets)

the part I like is "marketing list rules"

So if a pregnant lady visits my site (gets added to my adwords remarketing list, basically a cookie)and then uses say youtube (or any other site that uses adsence) I can set it so she will get my advert on top right of any page that relates to a keyword I have set in these rules. Not sure about how long the cookie lasts? should be able to set it in adwords.

If anyone has experience with remarketing I could use some help please.

one interesting point is "valentines day" adverts appearing one year later reminding them its time again to have carpets cleaned, how cool
