I had a phone call today wanting an easy builders clean for Monday, to clean the inside windows and partitions ready for the  graphics that are going on the glass was able to name my price and have been paid in advance

I did go and look at what needs to be done and no real problems, I got paid in advance because I wasn't prepared to do it with out payment up front and he needed it done on Monday.
