Hi Gary
I don't think you've got any replies because the information is so vague.
Even with very specific information you would get a range of quotes that go from one extreme to another.
The best place to start is just to calculate how long it will take and multiply it by an hourly rate. Obviously you need to see it first to be able to make an accurate calculation.
A word of caution though: removing cement is usually done with brick acid. If you haven't used it before be careful - you can cause all sorts of problems if you're using a 'trial and error' approach. If I were you, I'd sub the work out to someone who's done it before.

Hi Mike
Cheers for the response, kept vague as its limited market easier for relevant people to respond.
Done some previously but recently turned down work but am currently looking to expand business & being able to cover all areas i feel would be an advantage.
Got idea on prices but hoping to check with someone currently doing work.
Understand about brick acid, i am looking to buy major steam cleaner/ pressue washer which should cope without using acid all the time. Loking into lances to alleviate w@h & having outside h&s advice to assist with r/a,s & m/s,s.
