Title: microfibre-do you wash it at 90
Post by: captain lard on May 20, 2006, 12:38:26 pm
Just bought some and tried them yesterday and was well impressed and like microfibre better than scrim.

Anyway, there are cleaning instructions on but does anyone wash them at 90?

Washed mine at 40 last week but it did not remove all the marks from the microfibre so they are in now on 60 and see if its any better, if not then i will try 90

I wouldn't worry about marks and stuff on micro-fibre; or scrims either.

Just use some cheap washing powder; NO 'COMFORT'; and use a short wash.

All you want is the dirt washed out of them.

I prefer my scrims and micro-fibre dried on a washing line or radiator; but a tumble dry suffices also.
