I seem to have got one again. TDS rising after two weeks on a tandem set up too. Can't remember where I bought it but it's bloody crap again!
-
i stopped buying tulsion about 6 months ago for the same reason. I buy unger now and find its definitely a bit better. I think its because it is packaged much better compared to tulsion which would often arrive with the bag ripped or scagged.

Window Cleaning Warehouse I think. Not that it's their fault. Lot of money for a bag of compost!

I was thinking it was just me Dave some last forever and some last a couple of weeks. TDS out of RO remains constant.. I have 3 DI's in tandem.
Think Ill try unger next time.

Dave try gardiners.Their tulsion seems to last like the old resin.i won't go anywhere else now for mine. ;)
-
I will next time. I've only had one other bag of junk before and that was a couple of years back. After that I seemed to hit the right batch every time.
-
gardiners & daqua are both good , gardiners is a few more quid but it means i can add things i need with no p&p
-
I've not had a duff batch yet but if I did it would be going straight back.
-
Seem to remember someone on here saying there were different grades of resin
-
Hard to send it back because there is little proof of how bad it is. First crap bag I had, the dealer reckoned either the resin vesels were knackered or my ro. It's happened to several people I know. I think Gardiners worked out how to avoid the bad stuff. Can't remember how but I think there were two different importers so they could trace the rubbish by using the batch numbers.
My batch number is 722137 if you've got any with the same number then bad luck!

Proberbly some of its recycled
-
I was told that tulsion 115 can't be recycled because it's mixed bed.
-
I've been buying mine from Doug Atkinson recently and haven't had a bad bag yet.
-
Power station my brother works in uses the stuff by the ton when used it gets sent away to be recycled makes you wonder where it gets sent to afterwards as they cannot afford a bad batch so are we the end users
