Has anyone tried leafletting with a deep clean on one side and a low moisture system on the other. Any thoughts appreciated thanks.

Why? People are not interested in the technical details of how we will do it more about how it will benefit them.
Mention the benefits of the 2 different methods but to dedicate a complete side of a leaflet would be a waste of space. Better to use one side for carpets and one side for upholstery/ leather

Thanks Mike that sounds a far better idea. Cheers. Fairly new to leaflets type etc so any advice greatfully accepted.

One thing that everyone does not do on leaflets is types of carpet cleaning for groups, pet owners, mums, seniors. each will have different motivations for cleaning. taking the space to speak to these reason is well worth the time.
Take a look at my webpage and click though to each clean http://chelmsford.cleaning-carpet.co.uk/ (http://chelmsford.cleaning-carpet.co.uk/)
its my way of saying to prospects all carpet cleaning is not the same, one type of clean does not fit all requirements.
One thing I dont push as much as I should is my pet guide is explains about all the nasty things in poop

Whats great about free guides is it allows you expand a message that you might not have space for on the media. so as an example if your had a publication that you advertise in the cost of buying the space to say everything is a guide would be very expensive. but just one line "get our free guide on cleaning up dog poop from carpets" with a tag line the risks to your family health. gives you far more value for money when buying space.
if you also have the "consumers guide" as well thats a lot of text.
its also a great way to get contact details from prospects for follow up mail.
Hope That Helps
PS feel free to use guide text and image

Thank you Ian, I do have a guide on my website. That is a lot of info on an A5 flyer though.
But I appreciate you posting and will see what I can come up with. I guess it is more about the benefits than the process.
Thanks again :)

I don't think you can convince some one to have their carpet cleaned with a leaflet, the leaflets job is to find that one person who as the leaflet drops through the door is thinking (or has been thinking lately) that they need there carpets cleaned. It's about the right time, the right place.
Being too specific in targeting single groups can alienate other potential customers, we could do a big write up about cleaning for dog owners but how big a market is that?.
To me a leaflet needs to be a general 'do you need a carpet cleaner?' Type leaflet, once they answer that question with a yes then the leaflet can start selling more specific services.
You could simplify it by asking your self which headline would work best on a leaflet.......
'Do you need a local, professional carpet cleaner?'
Or
'Has your dog done its business on your carpets?'
I remember a old Joe polish sales letter, part of the 3 stage letter system that just had the headline....
WE WANT TO CLEAN YOUR CARPETS!!

Thanks Mike hope you dont mind I sent you an email.
Thanks Ian you have given me a couple of ideas about selling packages rather than the 3 optons of clean clean and protect and healthy home which to be honest I have not managed to sell.
