How do you guys treat urine in the upholstery backing.I know the technique with foam and a bag,but what about feather filling.Customer just called enquiring and im having a look next week, any good techniques?

I suppose the best method would be to saturate the area with a urine stain neutraliser then rinse and hope for the best. I would think ,at least, you would remove any odour which would be an improvement and better than nothing.

you can never be sure what under the fabric and what colour will wick to surface . its a risk
