Adam, see the little holes in the hinge? Get two thin allen keys slim enough to fit through the holes, put them in and when you part close the door it holds the hinge in place, then lift the door off as normal.
Leave the allen keys where they are while you clean, replace the door then take keys out, job done.

There will be screws to split the door on the bottom edge of the door, you will see when you take it off.

Hope this helps.
Paul.

I usually use small nails for these, allen keys or small watchmakers type screwdrivers also do the job. Another little tip, when you put the allen key in go from the inside of the oven and don't go beyond the edge of the oven otherwise you may mark the kitchen units either side.

I don't know if you did any training for oven cleaning, if so this should have been pointed out to you. Not a common type of hinge but you will come across them from time to time.
