Title: suitable pump for a watering contract

I need some advise on a suitable pump for a flower bed watering contract. I want to use 12v as it will be in a noise sensitive area but I want a high flow rate to get the job done quick. Has anyone with pump knowledge got any advice on a suitable pump?
