Hi all I am looking to adding soft washing to my company anyone tell how you charge and what is a good system to get thanks
-
My softwash system when wanting to use hypo consists of an oblong bucket and an old wfp brush or car/truck brush that's it.
To apply a biocide (not hypo based) to render walls etc for now I use an old pf trolley and wfp.
What you should charge is down to you as no two jobs are the same.
The exterior deep clean I did today I used YEEHA on the lower painted walls on 3 sides and above the front bay which were all dirty and going green as a freebie just because I felt like it. The client said "Many thanks that's a great job now I don't have to paint it for a while." The chap has already booked in for the same time next year so sometimes doing freebies pay off.
