What's the difference than your usual lighter2 jet wand. Good and bad? Thanks.

getting one so iv being looking at them , others might have experience of using them  .

Weight depends on materials , some are all titanium or part titanium so may be lighter than two.
If you want a low profile head u would need at least four jets to get the spray coverage especially if u go over 12"
A low profile head is probably needed to facilitate a swivel action on the newer wands if u want that .
Multiple specific  angled jets probably have some pressure/flow advantages over two jet .

4 jets give a more even coverage over the width of the head and can be lower so theoretically there is less heat loss within the spray. It also has the ability to give more flow so the flushing action is greater but with a portable this would mean the tank would empty quicker.

My pet hate with multiple jet wands is the cost of replacing the jets :'( and if some crap gets into the solution you have to unscrew &  unblock 4 jets
