Title: Student Accommodation Cleaning

Hi,

I've been asked to price a student accommodation clean, that will span over 2 weeks maximum, 150 properties with 3/4/5 bed rooms on average which are fully furnished.

I'm trying to work out the man power required, along with ensuring the pricing is reasonable for both the client and for the business.

Would welcome any suggestions on either that I need to consider
