ive picked up  a few new  builds with more being built  these are 3 storey  with glass porch roof so far I have got the lot  ive under priced them for a while because  they are getting  canvassed to death they are on my door step so I can put up with it for a while .any way got a  email from a owner to ask if I would clean the property every 2 months I'm only charging a tenner when they should be at least in my eyes  £14 quid  so I have explained blah blah  ,in a email ill wait to see if any thing comes of it .people want blood. I'm up north

Would any one thats confident in their work not put a price up if they are under price .i know I would regardless of other Windows cleaners I find clients pay for your service and you as a person .
