Title: Oreck Orbiter - Whats happened to em?

Looks like not many suppliers sell these anymore....is there a reason why?
Arguably the best piece of equipment ive owned.

Ive just managed to get 1 2nd hand. Ive had other that packed in but they are great and it did get some hammer.

You can still get them from the States at ca $500.   Guess they stopped importing into this countrŷ for lack of demand. So maybe not that great a machine : :-\

The floormac is nearly the same machine but cheaper.

I was speaking to a spares place and apparently Vax I think he said bought Oreck out. For what reason I don't know, or why they don't do them anymore. Whether thats true or not I have no idea.
