Hi guys
I'm about to quote for my first good size commercial pub, and could do with a little help. It's 3656sqft and 200 seats most of them single chairs with a few benches.
What would be your rough price as I don't want to go in to high or low as this job could lead to more.
I understand if you don't want to put your prices up on here so if you could pm me it would be a great help.
Just want to see if I'm in the right area
Thanks guys

How about telling us what price you were thinking first, as you quoted " wanted to know if you was in the right area"
To be fair a lot of variables to consider, soiling , type , amount of moving furniture ect.

Around £800 for the carpets

Ouch ;D

Ouch ;D
Why ouch, is that to expensive or are you being sarcastic? 😀

Which equipment will you be using?
How much have you in mind for the upholstery?

Hwe it's to grubby for a bonnet only

Oh and £3 per seat

£1,400 is a lot for a pub but it depends how much you want the job.
A TM operator would do that for under £1k IMO

Yeah I've re-evaluated it now and come up with a lower price I've lower the price per sq ft as the area is so much larger than the small village pubs I do.
Thanks for your input buddy

No worries, I hope you get it.

Thanks Simon , I'll send you a pint if I do 🍺 Lol

Don't just look at the cost per square metre, look at how long you think the job will take you and if it can be done in one visit or spread over multiple visits. I have done a lot of pubs over the years and they tend to be very cost driven. Pretty sure you will struggle at £1000 plus.
