Title: Best way to employ?
Post by: Afterglow Window Cleaners on March 19, 2016, 07:29:16 pm
Hi guys,

I have reached the point where I have a  completely full round annd have nowhere left to expand as a one man band.

What is the best way to expand? if I take someone on, as an employee, is it a nightmare with extra book-keeping, collecting, holiday/sick pay and having a larger workload to manage? is it possible to have someone doing my work on a self employed basis, with his own van and tools? or can I franchise, I don't even know what that involves.

Any ideas or suggestions on the best way to go would be very much appreciated.

Thanks, Gary

Very straightforward to employ, just need to work at getting the right person, yes some extras involved but not overly complicated
