Hi guys - I have just moved to Northumberland from Surrey - have run my own carpet cleaning business down south for 10 years   - any one on here got  any contacts they could pass my way , machine service  companies ( I have got a ninja )  any one know  any one who wants to sell their business  up here or  if I can link up with some one to get me up and running - or if any one has any  marketing ideas - cheers Gary

How big is your catchment area?

Are you in a town or village?, you need a website optimised for the area then get an Adwords campaign  running.

Personally I would start a mass leaflet campaign introducing yourself to the local population, make it more of an introduction letter than a leaflet, telling them story and offering a special intruction discount for your first 50 customers
