When your TDS produced has gone up to an unaceptable level compared to what it was when it was new.
-
It's coming out of a reading before the resin 65
-
If it was getting the tds down to a acceptable level and has now risen to 65 then the chances are it needs replaced,
if this is the best you have ever got then you might need a booster pump to boost the water pressure.
A 4040 membrane should remove about 98% of the dissolved solids if set up right.
-
If either the membrane or housing are slimy then you have a bacteria problem.
Solution is here: http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/index.php?topic=201173.msg1767669#msg1767669
That links to another post on the subject but you also need to read my clarification a couple of posts later.

Never had a problem always been 000 but changed the filter and resin few days ago after resin its shows 10 but will not go down
-
I flushed it for a 20 min and it got down to 25 before resin but then 5 min after 65 again

Remove the pre filter and check that there isn't a blockage such as a bit of the wrapping still in the middle, if not put
the old pre filter back in just to make the new one isn't blocking the flow and lowering the water pressure.

Also try running more water to waste as this can help lower the tds.

Thank you guys will try all what you say
