Title: Website
Post by: Richard Harwood on March 09, 2016, 08:30:41 pm
Hi all
Hows March for you? its been very slow for me and thats with google ads! i'm getting a few clicks but very few enquiries.
I know many people say don't advertise your prices but i've tried it  with and without prices but seems to make no difference, maybe my website's  a bit amateur'ish.
I'd be happy for people to look at my site and give an honest opinion, i know there's a lot of bull s**t on there so try to ignore that.
You can find me at...
steam4clean.com

You said it..... It looks amateurish :-\

for £300-400 you can get a well built, good looking site not totally bespoke but a quality professional one.
Might be worth investing in a new site if Google is where you are planning on gaining your new work from

Paul,  the first page on the Cumbria web site has  spelling mistakes and is  in grammatical terms very inept.  Just thought you might want to know. P.S. I carried on to the next page and it has the same mistakes.

You need to know what the difference is between marketing and selling. marketing is about competing for business for prospects that are looking for carpet cleaning. Selling is about creating work with offer and deadlines. its the old if you leave it your going to mis out on this great deal and that does not have to be price you can selling value much easier.  this is why the 3 letter sequence  works well. I have used this with a farming method, its meant to be used with you database of old customers that have not used you in a long time. do both and you should see things in improve .

Good luck
